Over 200 sports courses in Dresden - take part in Fit in the park 2024 for free!

When? 21.05.2024 - 12.07.2024

Where? The courses take place at various locations throughout Dresden. This year the following locations are taking part: Stadtblick Park Gorbitz, Sportpark Ostra, Festwiese Badestelle Weixdorf, Tolkewitzer Straße sports field, Rothermundpark DD Gruna, Schlosspark Prohlis

How much does it cost? Participation is completely free because Fit in the Park is supported by the state capital Dresden.

How can you participate? 
Simply come to your desired course and take part. If you have any questions beforehand, we will provide you with a contact option on this website.

Monday 10:00-11:00 Uhr: Rückenfit

A course aimed at strengthening back muscles and improving flexibility to prevent back pain and correct posture.

Tuesday  10:00 - 11:00 Uhr: Seniorenfit

Exercises specifically tailored to older participants that promote mobility, strength and balance to maintain health and well-being as we age.

Tuesday 18:00 - 19:30 Uhr: Yoga für ALLE

A yoga class for people of all ages and fitness levels that offers relaxation, flexibility and stress relief through various breathing and postures.


Sportpark Ostra

Monday 18:00 - 19:00 Uhr: Piloxing

A dynamic mix of Pilates, boxing and dance that improves endurance, strength and body coordination while burning calories.

Monday 19:15 - 20:15 Uhr: Qi Gong

A traditional Chinese movement art that balances the energy in the body and promotes health through flowing movements, breathing and meditation.

Tuesday 16:00 - 17:00 Uhr: Kinderfit 6-12 Jahre

An age-appropriate fitness program that makes children enjoy exercise, develops their motor skills and promotes their physical health.

An intense workout that improves endurance, strength and coordination while learning boxing techniques to relieve stress and build confidence.

Tuesday 18:30 - 20:00 Uhr: Ganzkörperworkout

Wednesday 09:00 Uhr - 10:00 Uhr: Seniorenfit

Monday 18:00 - 19:30 Uhr: Ganzkörperworkout

Thursday 18:00 Uhr: Hot Iron

Heat up your fitness routine with Christian's Hot Iron class! This intense 60 minutes is designed to promote muscle strength and definition using barbells. Fit in the park is open to anyone interested, you can just come along and take part.
